Huayu Battery Packaging Case
We provided a complete packaging solution for lithium battery packs exported to the European Union for Huayu New Energy (Hong Kong) Co., LTD., solving the transportation problem of UN38.3 certification. The service period is from March 25 to February 26. Anti-static wooden box: made of 12mm flame-retardant plywood (surface resistance 10^6-10^9Ω). Anti-seismic structure: 3D printing buffer module + honeycomb aluminum inner lining temperature control system: Built-in 2 temperature recorders (monitoring from -20℃ to 60℃, passed the 6-meter drop test of TUV Rheinland. The single-box load capacity has been increased to 800kg (the industry average is 500kg). The damage rate of sea transportation from Hong Kong Airport to Hamburg, Germany has been reduced to 0.3%
