Vacuum encapsulation unit: Built-in 0.08mm thick EVOH high-barrier moisture-proof bag (humidity ≤ 5%RH). Sealing process: TPU hot melt adhesive strip continuous edge sealing (permeability < 0.5g ·24h) Mechanical properties: Static load ≥5T ·24h, stacking test passed ISTA 3E standard fumigation-free plywood box compliance description: Base material composition: 7-layer cross-composite plywood (single board thickness 2.5mm±0.2) Hot pressing treatment: Heat treatment process at 70℃ for 48 hours continuously (in compliance with FAO standards). Connecting part system: M10 galvanized bolt fastening (torque value 45N·m±5%). Environmental protection certification: Passed the REACH SVHC 219 harmful substance tests
